As a handmade belt manufacturer, we develop and manufacture our belts and sandals in our own workshops in Istanbul. We harbour 30 years’ experience in the field. Various techniques, such as the whipcord and woven/braided leather, are brought together on vegetable tanned leather to bring our customers products that show our craftsmanship at the best form possible. We work mostly as a braided belt manufacturer but also manufacture plain colours for casual or classic belts for both men and women.
DESIGN PROCESS & MODELS
We have a large selection of belt designs, and with an innovative approach we are able to produce with a large variety of buckles, coatings, colours and widths. We work mostly as a braided belt manufacturer but also manufacture plain colours for casual or classic belts for both men and women. We have over 200 different designs and our customers always have a say in the design they would like and can change parts within the boundaries of technical feasibilities. We do custom designs should the customer request. Our main material is leather and low orders in specific colours may affect the production process and timing.

LEATHER & ACCESSORIES
As a belt manufacrurer, We adopt a customer oriented approach thus it is a priority for us to use materials of certain standard and quality. We work mainly with vegetable tanned leather. Our products are environmentally friendly and do not contain carcinogenic substances. The buckles can be provided in materials as per customer request, including nickel free. We obtain the leather and the buckles from organised industrial sites in and around Istanbul. All of our suppliers are experts in their fields.
SAMPLING & QUALITY CONTROL FOR BELT PRODUCTION
We produce each belt with utmost care and attention and our belts are quality controlled rigorously. Samples take about 2 weeks to complete, including the material sourcing.
LOGISTICS
We are very sensitive with delivery times. Our customers have the option of specifying the logistics companies they would like to work with. Otherwise we can arrange for the shipping and delivery. Our company is also able to do its own exporting. Our prices are FOB.
